A friend sent this to me from the Jets-Chargers game on Monday night…

8:30 PM Sunday…

Still a few games to be played this week, but after 1 week things are looking a whole lot different than they were yesterday.

Brady looks like he might be out for the season. You never like to see someone get hurt, but most teams are probably giddy there is a chance they won’t have to face the best player in the league this year.

Favre was exactly as you’d expect (big play, stupid play that worked out), and the Jets beat a less than stellar Miami team by a touchdown. Maybe there is a reason the Jets didn’t try to trade Pennington out of the division.

Chargers lost on the final play to Carolina. Maybe if they had a few more fans at the game the Panthers would have had a little more trouble on that final drive.

Steelers looked awesome.

Cowboys looked awesome.

NFL Execs are saying to themselves “we have Cleveland in primetime how many times??”

Bills looked good against an injury riddled Seahawks team.

Eagles looked great.

Cinci looked horrible.

Other than when they are beating the Patriots in the Super Bowl, no team has been more boring for me to watch over the past 20 years than the New York Giants. I don’t know what it is, but it really takes a lot for me to enjoy a Giants game (and I have nothing against the team).
